Best way of having both PHP4 and PHP5 on the same server

What is the best way to have both PHP4 and PHP5 on the same server.

Preferably I should be able to define the php version used per domain or per file.

    Thanks

    Z123,

    It doesn't work that way!

The best that you can do is to have one work as a cgi and the other as a module (see the Appendix of Upgrading to PHP 5 by Trachtenberg or search here as this has been covered before).
