    Your page is a mess.
    But your problem is caused by IE6 box model.
    The actuall fix would be
    Code:
    #side{
      width: 218px;
      overflow: hidden;
    }
    If you has some exp. with CSS, you should understand that second line in fix is just to hide width problems for child elements too in that <div>.

    How do you mean it is a mess? This is only like my 2nd CSS design or so. It appears to be fine in IE7 and Firefox.
