Div doing it's own thing in IE... why?

I've not had my breakfast yet and IE is giving me issues. This seems to be a recurring issue.

The users are being generated via .Net into small, three row tables, and all is contained within a div, background white. Now for some reason the top part of the div goes see through in IE. I have this issue else where 2.

My brain can't handle the reason of what it's actually doing. Here is a image of the problem. And once again... works 100% in FF.
