how do i e-mail to 100 people ?

Is there an option or a way that i can use that will enable me too set up outlook or another e-mail program so that i can e-mail my message too roughly 50-100 people ?

You can create a "group" in Outlook. To send out the email, enter the group's alias in the bcc: field of the email so that they can't see each other's names. You can search in the Outlook help files for "group" to find out how to set this up.

There is neat little product that I have been using for around 5 years. It was one of the first on the market, but it never really made it big. It works really well for lists around 1000 or less in size.

It's called WorldMerge (http://www.world-merge.com/). It basically lets you import a spreadsheet and allows you to personalize your mailout by merging data into the email message.

So if you had a spread sheet with 4 colums (Email, Name, Product, Company) you can do things like:

Dear [[Name]],

Thanks for purchasing [[Product]] from [[Company]].
Would you like to buy something else from us?
etc. etc.

They have a trial version, give it go..
