How did they do this? - Rollover effect

Hi folks...sorry, ive just seen this and i have no odea how they did it.

If you look at the home page, the links on the right have a background fadein effect.

Does nayone know how this is achieved.

Looks like JavaScript - listening for a mouseover event and running a fadeTo type of function. The jQuery interface library is included in the page.

You could emulate this without javascript by using a repeated animated gif background graphic that has a fade animation that only cycles once.
