The design looks a little like the older websites of the late 90s - too bold, too blue. You need to focus on providing engaging content above the fold. The user is immediately bombarded by lots of images and it is overwhelming. It seems like you have a lot of good content on the site, it's just a matter of getting to user to it.

I have visited your site, I think your site is very good, but there are some problems:
1. The site is a little slow, maybe it has too and big image
2. The site color don't match, I don't like such color.
3. I think you'd better don't place advertisements in your site while you site just online! Many pepple hate AD while they access a site
