NightCure.com - Miami Club and Nightlife information

Hi we soft launched our site last night at http://www.nightcure.com and I was hoping to get some opinions from some experienced professionals in our field.

Everything is open to recommendations, design, ease of use, seo, etc.

There are many more features planned for the next 30 days, however I would be interested to hear your ideas on what types of features could make the site better as well.

We do have plans in the next week to add daily updated news to the homepage to keep things fresh. But please opinions, ideas, etc are all appreciated.

Looks good - Seems to be Joomla based and you've got JoomSEF on it so you're good in terms of basic SEO.
I would recommend reducing the size of that search box it's very big at the moment.

I love the design - clean, shick and clear - very good!
    Thanks,
    Gilad.

I really like the design. Only thing I can say is change the light blue input box to a color that matches the rest of the site and add more content, but that goes with any website.
    Have a good day.

I like the style however i find the layout too busy. There is no clear focus and path through the page so i dont know where to look next.

Thanks guys, listening to every word, so please keep the comments coming

giliav: Actually currently I am not using Joomla. It is MVC design with Smarty Templates. Custom framework, however if I had it to do over again I think I would have chosen a framework like rails or symfony to save development time. But it is setup well, so what is done is done.

Very good color scheme for the intended target audiance. Very clean and appealing.

Seems like the layout and style might have been based off askmen.com - this could make people consider the site to by sort of a copycat. Not sure if it's true or not, but looks very similar.

I was a little confused at first when I got the the site regarding what the overall purpose of the site was. I read your brief description before visiting, but otherwise I would have had to poke around a bit before finding out exactly.
