Status: 500 Errors

I have installed instantrails on my pc, using mongrel at port 3000. My development of "Shovell" was going fine. It has been working fine for several days. Now, all of a sudden, calling any page gets me the 500 error page.

Any ideas out there?

Added note:
I reached the point of page 257 of Lenz book. Restricting the Application. Until this point everything works, but from this point, ALL fails giving a 500 error. Server is working as http://localhost:3000 brings up the index page.

Check out your log files. Maybe you made a syntax error in a file that's loaded on every request?

Also, if you install mongrel as a replacement for webrick ( script/server will automatically default to mongrel if it is installed), it will show many useful things that occur during run time.. (requests, database queries, and a ton of errors that might happen..)
