damn phpmyadmin and xamp (unable to connect)

lack of knowledge is always dangerous i am using xamp last time I did something and may be changed the root username or may be added some users now the phpmyadmin never opens I tried to uninstall but the problem persists I cannot login my phpmyadmin thing see the error it gives

run scripts/setup.php (in the phpmyadmin directory) in your browser and follow the instructions, it should fix your problem.
