As to a program, Flash is pretty good for learning Flash! But you can't go wrong with Swish either. SitePoint are offering 20% of the Swish retail price.

Free or not, I am just looking for a pretty good to really good flash ebook. Also is there any other flash programs, I like to see what else is out there before buying something eheh.

Koolmoves is a good cost effective alternative to Macromedia's Flash editor. http://www.koolmoves.com
There probably are a few Flash ebooks about but why not just check the thousands of free tutorials at the popular resource? ie. Flashkit, Help4Flash, etc.
