IE6 border nightmares

Please have a look at this site in Firefox or IE7 http://hardstuff.phoenixbeta.co.uk/ and then look at it in IE6 (if you don't have it you can use the renderer at http://ipinfo.info/netrenderer/index.php )

Where are these strange extra borders coming from? It is absolutely baffling me. Everything has border:0; except #site-content.

On a side note when I allow the background currently commented out in #cms -content it appears over the text in both versions of IE.

Try height:1%; in #site-content
