Parallels desktop + local mac test bed.

Alright, so I have a local test bed for PHP and MySQL. If I want to preview a page, I pop this address on my browser in OSX and it works great:

http://my-computer.local/~me/website/index.php

However when I put that address in on IE in Parallels Desktop, I get the "Page Cannot Be Displayed" error.

Not sure exactly how to do this. There is no IE for Mac anymore (other than 5.1 or something), and I'd like to test this out locally without having to upload it to my server and THEN testing it.
