Help adjusting layout with CSS

I'm trying to adjust a design that I had done in the Marketplace here. I'm not great with CSS and layout so need a little help!

The original design had a 320 x 240 box for video. I'm now going to do 640 video for the live webcasts.

I've increased the size of that box and now screwed up the rest of the layout.

I'm trying to reduce the size of the chat window and move it back up next to where the video shows.

And I'm also trying to create another use of this same layout for a secondary webcast:

But I can't get the webcast and the chat to be beside each other. The chat box wants to move down the screen further. I'm I missing a margin somewhere??

It looks fine from here, though the only browser I can use at this computer (I'm not at home) is Opera.
