missing image!

im sure its not a missing image as such but ive no idea how to explain this problem!

http://hunterjohnstone-info.co.uk/su...ery/index.html in ie7 looks fine, but in firefox and safari it 'looses' the background image that tiles the page?

which is weird as on this page...

it displays it no problems? Im sure its a quick fix and im being blonde, anyone want to put me out of my misery? lol
