Hi I am tryig to use CSS to create a set of colours to use for a website...
I have a dark blue #2D435B so in a CSS file I have...
td.darkblue {background-color: #2D435B}In the html I have...
<td class="darkblue">
Now this shows OK in IE5 but in Netscape 6.2 I get white...

I guessed it's obviously a problem with the colour I have chosen but is there anyway to force it to display in Netscape with CSS or do I have to change the colour?

I found the colour displays correctly in NS6.2 if I set it the bgcolor way... I don't really want do this as it defeats the object of having CSS in the first place...

Any ideas>
