I am planning to create a commercial website that provides news and articles. I wonder what is the simplest software (CMS?) that can store, display and archive articles and news, something like the page: www.iht.com. php is languages of use.

It is very simple and easy to use + it has most of the features that are required by such article/news site. Features available at
