    adding updated pages with php

    I am looking to make a page much like break.com which can be updated with new links added to the top of the main page and the last item on the main page will go to the second page and so on. I have not used php nor do I know if there is a way to do this without using php. thanks.

    not sure what you mean by content containers - php is a programming language and is independent of css and html.

    But yes a site like break.com could be achieved with a mixture of technologies;
    one way would be - php, mysql, css, html, flash, javascript

    Using a combination of php and a mysql database gives you that concept of "next page" where you display x rows per page.
