How to link domain with hosting?

Hey all, I am new in Domai & Hosting relating issue. Recently I have bought a domain name and hosting space from different sources. I,myself want to link the both. Can you help me- how shall I do it?

You most likely need to:

1). Update your domain with your host's domain name servers (DNS). This should not cost you anything, and your new host should be able to take care of the rest...

Ask your provider about "nameservers" and add them in settings of your domain name. You should have domain name control panel where you will able to make it.

your hosting coy will be able to give you the two dns numbers which you put into your details of the domain account and then you can point your domain name to the dns number through your hosting coy.

it's fairly straight forward once you receive the dns numbers from your hosting company.
