    Do I need to preload in body tag even with this code?

    Hi, quick question. I have this code in the head already:

    Is this body code necessary or does the code in the head already take care of the preloading?

    Good Old Dreamweaver eh. If its been put there by Dreamweaver, then it has a purpose.
