Need info from the PROS

Hello everyone,

I'm the web specialist for StarMed.com and I need some information. I need good, solid sources of information on good site designs. I already KNOW what needs to be done, but I need to "back up" this knowledge with concrete evidence and articles and such.

Does anyone know of sites or offline guides that offer this information.

You can also start by going through the many articles written at sitepoint. I know I've found a lot of wealth hidden in there.
