I would like to use MediaWiki for different projects and customers... documentation, todo-lists and all that stuff.
My question: How can I set read/edit rights of certain user groups for single pages or categories? I would be happy if anybody could tell me how to do that.
I know that MediaWiki wasn't designed for that purpose - it´s for public and not for private use. There are some extensions/patches out there to achieve that ... but until now I haven't found something that fits my needs.
BTW: At the moment I'm using four separate DokuWiki's for my projects. It's a great piece of software - no question. But I really want a database instead of flat files.
OK, I'll continue to get lost at Meta-Wiki now ...
