I am new to this site and unsure of how to use it to my best interests. We currently have a large scale project being designed but need , template coders, flash designers/programmers, php programmers etc to create a complete working and fully operational site. I wish to make a post from where I can get in contact with these people and acquire reference work from them and allocate the work from there. How should i go about this?
