What can I offer?

Greetings all,

I'm putting a small section on my site that would offer free and low-cost promotional items from my business, to my vistors.

So far I have books and a desktop theme. The section isn't up yet, but I was wondering if someone else had other suggestions? Anything is welcome. If you'd like to view the site to get some ideas, it's at

What about mugs, mousemats and pens? At one of my latest sites, I also plan to offer t-shirts with the logo of the site, the web address and a photo of the village which the site is about on it. I think mugs are a great idea as if you have someone round, and give them that mug then they will probably go visit the site and tell their friends and so on...

I thought about that... and the more I think about it, the more it sounds like a terrific idea. Approximately how much does making such promotional items cost?

You can go to http://www.iprint.com and there you can get custom made t-shirts, mugs, pens, golf balls... basicaly anything that you could immagine to put a logo on.

T-shirts are $10.00, I'm not sure of the rest.

Or contact me, I've been doing these things for years. I'm working on a site with an affiliate program, soon you can make a commision on these items sold to others.

I've got a site now, nut it has very little info http://www.readyresources.com that you can check out.

What dollar amount are you looking to spend?

You can give away items that are under a buck each that have high perceived value.

I'll check out your site again to drum up some ideas.

The amount I'd be willing to spend would depend on how much interest I could generate in such an idea. Right now I'm just scanning for suggestions. If I got a lot of positive feedback on such a step, then I would definitely go for it!

I will keep you in mind for future reference!
