Different people may have their favorite JavaScript library different to other.
So, no answers are wrong!
I think there should be a poll, asking what JavaScript library do you think is the best.
Personally, I use dtjs. But I think ext.js and jQuery is the most interesting in my mind.

There isn't really a best library for JS, just like any other language. It's all up to what you're doing with it. If a particular library has somethings that another doesn't that you need, then use that one. Personally I think the best result could be achieved by combining all of them and removing duplicate functions, then only using the functions from your master library that you'll be using for each individual project.
