    Well you have to dload it from http://wordpress.org/ and follow these instructions to install it.

    If you need more help than that, I need more info about what requirements you have...

    Just curious, did you use an ISP or did you self-host? If ISP, which one?

    if you have cpanel hosting, use Fantastico to install wordpress at your site..

    its very easy and will take few mins only.

    If you use Fantastico, make sure what version your host is installing, it may not be the latest version that is available from the WP site.

    You need to register a domain name, pay for web hosting and then install the wordpress script.
    If you are not familiar with installing script, you may want to hire a web developer for the job.
