I have no idea how to do this

on mobile there is a link on a mobile-landlines-toll free number and when u click on the number it sud start dialing this number now kindly share your views how one can do this.

You can't do it for free, you need to use a mobile web service.. If you search around for SMS services you may find what you are looking for.
