    Another Firefox Problem Grr!

    Hi - I have another firefox problem. A contact form I have created works great in ie with text input in the comments box scrolling across and then wrapping after 30 characters. In Firefox however, the text will not wrap and just keeps scrolling across forever

    Here is my html and css:

    <form method="post" action="tablefree.html">
    <p>
    <label for="fullname">Name: </label>
    <input type="text" name="fullname" id="fullname" class="txt" />
    </p>
    <p>
    <label for="email">Email Address: </label>
    <input type="text" name="email" id="email" class="txt" />
    </p>

    <p>
    <label for="comments">Your Comments: </label>
    <textarea name="comments" cols="30" rows="8" class="txt" id="comments"></textarea>
    </p>

    <p>
    <input type="submit" name="btnSubmit" id="btnSubmit" value="Send!" class="btn" />
    </p>

    form p {
    clear: left;
    margin: 0;
    padding: 0;
    padding-top: 5px;
    }
    form p label {
    float: left;
    width: 30&#37;;
    font: 100% Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
    color: #660000;
    text-align: left;
    padding-right: 6px;
    padding-top: 3px;
    }

    Anyone - Any idea how to solve this problem?

    Thanks

    Ann

    Hm - very strange - I have firefox 2.0.0.4 and when I view the comment box the scroll bar appears at the bottom instead of the side - the text doesn't wrap. Perhaps there is something wrong with the browser I have?

    Ann - even more

    This might sound odd but when you're typing into Firefox - are you adding spaces or are you just typing continuous characters?

    Firefox won't wrap a single continuous line of characters. If you add in spaces as per normal text then it should wrap with no problem.
