Daily Rate for Mortgage in php

Hello Guys,

I am doing mortgage site in php.In my site there is functionality for calculating daily rates.
For reference I use the following link

In that link locate the following which I want to implement in php.

So please give me the direction how to implement it in my php page.

Sign up with bankrate.com and subscribe to their data feed. Then parse it and display it. How you parse it depends on how they feed it.

Help should be available on that website, Barbara. Your alternative is to determine the relevant equations yourself, but it sounds like you would also need access to frequently changing inflation rate data to get this to work.
