Hmm, displaying a hidden or invisible div on onMouseOver event, i don't think that it is possible only with PHP. But if you want to use JavaScript or not only better but the best AJAX, that would make it possible.

Assuming "put the mouse on the link" means onmouseover event of the link:
If you want to make it more dynamic (i mean load the site only onmouseover) then you could you AJAX.

But if you want to load it when your page is loaded but the particular div will be invisible and when you put the mouse on the link then just make it visible with javascript. But second way makes your site page to be slower loading.

    Steps:
    1. Create a div (hide this at the begining).
    2. Insert an Iframe inside the div and set the src attribute of the iframe as http://www.example.com
    3. On onmouvseover event of the link, just make the hidden div visible.
    4. on onmouseout event of the link, just hide again the div.
Be care full about the x and y coordinates while displaying the div that where and how you want to show this div.

Does that make any sense aniltc???
Mistakes are proof that you are trying.....
