What is causing the lines

I am working on my page and doing touch ups on some areas...anyway I keep getting black lines around the menus and title bars. What could be causing this. I am also trying to make the yellow bar curve up into the menu and down onto the page, does anyone know of an easier way of doing this?

they look like borders to me... try removing the border property or set border to 0px
