    web 2.0

Is it just me or is every design and its cousin, regardless of its real style, web 2.0? There are tons of designs that have nothing to do with web 2.0 that say "Sleek web 2.0 style", am I the only one annoyed by that? Besides, most ones that boast 2.0 are crap, made by talentless idiots who just say that to get someone to view them.

Design has nothing to do with "Web 2.0" anyway.

Web 2.0 is just a buzz word, making some VCists crazy (like in the good old days back in the nineties).

Application design is NOT visual design. Moved.

Anyway, the best thing to do about "web 2.0" design remarks is to ignore them. Or make fun of the people who spout such meaningless phrases.

I do not agree with this. Web 2.0 is a new trend and standards, an effort for a integration among the browsers.
