    Can you clarify a bit. What I get from that is that you want a link that works on a mouseover. For eg. When I rollover a text box it opens the next screen without a click?

    Yes. I was actually goingt o specifically use it to target to a <a name="name"></a> that i have created elsewhere on the page...

    so onMouseover on a text link, the page automatically scrolls to a certain portion of the page.

            { parent.frame.location.href= "
    filename.html#" + jumper  ;

    sprongvar 0;
            }

    Hey,

    An easy way to do it would be:

    Code:
    <a href="javascript:void()" onmouseover="location.hash='somePlace'">text</a>
    What it does is on mouseover, it changes the hash property to the location object. Hash is just the thing after # So, if I wanted to go to:

    <a name="thisP2"></a>

    I would use:

    Code:
    <a href="javascript:void()" onmouseover="location.hash='thisP2'">text</a>
