User Demographics - Worth a Go?

I was just wondering if anyone here has kept track of user demographics for their site...if so, did it prove attractive to potential advertisers?

And to all advertisers out there: do demographics mean a lot?

yeap, demo's are helpful. ecspecially when they show the target market the advertisers are looking for.

Yep, they are very useful. You can collect them in many ways, but be sure you're ethical about it and post a privacy policy on your site. If you arent' careful, you can drive away traffic when you start asking personal questions.
