Centering elements vertically with my layout

    Hi all,
I'm using this 3 column layout that Paul put up: http://www.pmob.co.uk/temp/3colcentred_2a.htm

But I adjusted my layout slightly to make the outer height 90%. But now what I'm wondering is...how can you make the elements be vertically centered no matter what size the screen is. Also, how can you vertically center any images within the right, centrecontent, and left divs. I have a splash page that just has imgs in each of those divs but I need it to be vertically centered on the page.

Do I just need an entirely different layout? Or will it work with what I have done already.

You can see what I've done here: http://www.dr-wa.com/TMS/splash.html
    Here's the css: http://www.dr-wa.com/TMS/trinity.css

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
    Thanks
