Im looking for examples of really good designs when it comes to appraisal companies. I can't find a single well designed site.

English isn't my native language but I think appraisal companies tell you the value of a property (house, whatever).

Kind of like an estate agent, maybe? Or is that a realtor in the US? Meh - two great countries, separated by a common language.

Design Meltdown has done a couple of issues on real estate sites.

A mortage appraisal company basically goes out an values either commercial, domestic or land value.
They are seperate to real estate and mortage companies.

Any one got any sites to suggest?
