    Exact Google Video FLV

    Hello all,

Like KeepVid and the many other websites out their I want to be able to get the FLV. But not for their reason, mines so i can embed the videos in my own flvplayer. But just forget about that for now.
    -------------------

Google provides a massive address to download a flv. E.G.:
    Code:
    http://vp.video.google.com/videodownload?version=0&secureurl=tgAAABqZNBEYb_W1HakmUdZ4Oprb1zFXQiV4nHiCqrwEI4bsaSa7qkpL5GD0oHMS-sG4EP-RdgxKB1Jofi0K_p_RpQJmxvv-9VtZpR0b05-Cdi1EHbZAKcB790IY0hiRjaxE2Vu9vb0v4vJWOw15a8HRftHveIiI9EcaFGqqVow2yS3fbU_MeQ0iXo06KbWPYF2qURWVpKcXLRCO07S14KDa9dRmahmWdpOFhn-lYD1wDkLXSRGvBAvRPgoju7XJRXu7YA&sigh=AsKd-LLwvUW-82qiqx_hbJLCBOQ&begin=0&len=367799&docid=4862144833110521619
Then it downloads the flv, but it wont play in a FLV player. I can try and follow the above address to get the correct download location.
    Useing php functions:
    fwrite
    fread
Then get the responce of the server from the fread.

    Anyway, I get this error:
    Forbidden
    Content-Type: text/html
    Server: gvs 1.0
    Content-Length: 135
    Date: Thu, 07 Jun 2007 14:23:41 GMT
    Connection: Close

Error-Message: You must update the Google Video Player to view this content. Please go to http://video.google.com/playerdownload.html
This is because my server obviosly dont have google video installed.
Any ideas to get arround this? Im confused now.

Ive evne tryed changing the content type:
    Code:
    Content-Type: video/x-flv\r\nConnection: Close\r\n\r\n
But that gave a different error.

    You don't get around it.

Host the files on your server (if they are your videos). If you're trying to take other people's videos, thats not smart, or nice.

Im not "takeing" other peoples videos, I can do that allready if I wish. Can offer my website viewers to download the videos if i wish.

A user submits a link to my system, the system then gets the .flv (what i want to do above) and give the user information as well as how thelocation of the fv.

I dont use, the flv on my website. lol
