Problem with Nifty Cube Code

I am using Nifty Corners Cube code to generate rounded corners on my site. My problem is that everything works fine locally but when I upload the same set of files onto my live server, the corners are not generated.

Here is a sample location where I have the original Nifty files uploaded and corresponding js files:

Any suggestions as to why the corners are not generated??

I don't know that technique, but it seems you forgot to upload the second js file. http://elitemedicaltechnologies.com/test/NiftyLayout.js doesn't exist.

Looks like I just made a rookie mistake
The file exists -- just spelled wrong in reference (with lowercase instead of uppercase 'N').

In IE6 I get a strange 'flicker' on page load. It seems the background image is re-displayed with each page click causing a 'flicker' effect. Anyone know how to correct this?

I had a similar problem not too long ago, and never figured it out, but when I changed the underlying layout to a more liquid form, the flicker disappeared. IE flicker is a well-documented problem, and one I haven't found a good solution for. Those who know more than I may be able to help with this.
