    Accessibility? No. Usability (as in the ease of reading)? It's possible, but as Christian said, it would depend on the context in which it was used.

    It depends on by what we meant by the phrase "leading space" as it can mean several things. In word-processing it can mean "line spacing" and it affects readability.

    It you mean code leading space then again it is a different issue as in white space and that usually is most noticeable with hyperlinks. Authors should not declare attribute values with leading or trailing white space
