It looks like a table with a background graphic that gives it the tabs. Clicking on "screenshots" loads a different page with everything identical except for the tabs being reversed. You can always load the page, then view the source code. (Crtl-U for Firefox and in the "Page" dropdown in IE 7) The code for the "index card" is about 2/3 of the way down the source page. Use Crtl-F and search for "system requirements" to find it fast.
