Nice looking design, unusual font, which still looks attractive. Id remove the comments in the video section that this video does not have description... gets boring after a few times you see it and makes the page look raw, unfinished or just put in a few words that spring in ming..
I'd also take a little time and put screen shots of the videos up, the text Wrong, General, Shocking did not make want to watch it whereas screen shots would definitely make it different....

First of you realy want to re-think your video's page, having no video preview means im not going to click to see the video because its not attracting me to click it.
Design seems out of date although your young id push myself harder to achieve something much more hard hitting and targeted at your young audience.
