Help: Purchased Established Site Auction, but I cant set it up

I am new to sitepoint, and I have tried to read the FAQs etc. I purchased an established site auction today, but I haven't received the credits, or the ability to actually post the auction. Could someone please help me? I have been emailing the support group, but still haven't heard back.

Sometimes orders must undergo human review for various reasons. Once a SitePoint employee reviews your order your credits will be issues. Being it is a weekend it might take a couple of days to happen but hopefully it is faster then that.

I still haven't no. How did you know that you got yours? Did they email you, or was there some indication when you logged into your account at the site?
