Bought a 'Looking to Hire' listing and haven't got the credit yet

This morning (UK time) I bought a "Looking to Hire" credit, I paid via PayPal. I have not received this yet and I have emailed support and have not received any reply.

Can you please tell me what's going on?

Sometimes purchases have to undergo a human review. Once they do that your credits should be issued. Hopefully they get to it soon despite the fact that it is a weekend.

Hi Nash,

It looks like your credit order was proccessed, sometimes if you do not receive an email back from support straight away, the main reason is because of the difference in time. We are in Melbourne, Australia and it is Monday here (we have the weekend off) so that is why you didn't get a response.
