I just came accross sitepoint a few days ago, when finding one of sitepoint's articals, and I think this is an amazing place!

I was wondering if it is appropriate to ask for help with a PHPList issue, that seems to be completely unique to me ---- concerning an error processing bounces.

I don't want to report it as a bug yet, because no one else on the PHPList Forums seems to have this problem.

I have a thread running in their support forums, but there is only a handful of people who can help and they seem to be perplexed by this as well.

So, is it appropriate to seek help here as well --- seeing that the error seems to be unique to me?

btw, I've been working on this issue for a few weeks now.
