Question CSS alternatives to the iFrame?

So are there any accessible, seo friendly alternatives to the iFrame?

I.e set area space and more text that can fit in it?

    Many thanks

Yes, you can set a div and use the overflow: property to have scroll bars on the div.

This link has a good example that I have used before.
