what is this error

any ideas how to fix it?

I am no expert but I am guessing that you need to alter the permissions (CHMOD to 755 or 777) on the directory that holds those files (maybe the files as well)

You are correct Tina, the fwrite and fclose errors are generated because of the first one so you can igonre them. As Tina said, change the permissions and you should be fine
