Bobby Web Accessibilty

Quick question - there is a site called Bobby Web that test your sites compliancy with disabled persons accessibilty. Should I make sure all my sites are compliant with this? Are these rules etched in stone?

Nothing is etched in stone on the Internet and yes you should design your site to comply with accessibility standards.

Have a look at www.w3c.org/wai

The Bobby application is actually based on the recommendations provided by the W3C. There are actually three priority levels and it is a good idea for your site to comply to at least the lowest one. As WLuke said there are no rules but there is a good reasoning behind the u=idea of accessibility. At the end of the day accessibility is very much about universal design anyway.
