Redirect from https to http without warning

I was wondering if there is a way to redirect a person from an https page to a http page without the pop up stating You are being redirected to an unsecure site...

Currently I use the php header function to redirect, but that is what is giving me the error. Does this require the use of javascript or can I use php still?

    Thanks

It can't be done. The popup is generated by some (well, most actually) browsers, and it can't be controlled by the server, unless you load http content onto the page and set the base href, all via javascript (which is such a dodgy method of doing it that it isn't worth the trouble). Besides, you want to redirect users to an unsecure site but stop their browsers from telling them they are being redirected to an unsecure site - just stay on https if possible.

Its just a billing page. They are on the regular http site then get directed to an https for payment and then forwarded back to the http side.
