What should I stick with 5.44 or 5.45C??

I have version 5.44B of UBB, and I know of 5.45C is it worth the hassle to install/upgrade my UBB to 5.45C and what are the benefits if so.

This might be a question better suited for the Scriptkeeper forums. From what I am seeing, users are abandoning UBB in droves and moving to better and faster products such as VBulletin (PHP) and Snitz Forums (ASP).
