Question Sliding Doors of CSS does not work in IE 7

I've been using the sliding doors technique for months and it was perfect for plenty of situation, but now when IE 7 is out it does not work at all

Just when IE 7 was released I thought the CSS problems in the previous version are gone now, but now, they are still here

Did someone who have noticed this anomaly can help me?

OK I fixed it with the IE conditional hack <!--[if IE 7]> ... <![endif]-->
    No problems anymore

There is still a problem, you just masked it is all. There is something in your CSS that IE7 does not like.

Yes I know, I hate hacks but I don't have the time to rewrite the CSS

If you showed us your code we might be able to tell you how to fix this in IE7 without resorting to a conditional comment.
    We miss you, Dan Schulz.
