Javascript controlling z-index of flash menu

Hi all,
I'm just curious about how to create a flash drop down menu like the one on Samsung Global Site http://www.samsung.com

The flash is bring to front with z-index when we rollover it.

I've googled it many times but couldn't find a tutorial. Any idea?
